Return Policy

If for any reason your Blue Moon Shoe purchase has not lived up to your expectations, feel free to return it to us WITHIN 45 DAYS for an exchange or refund. To insure an accurate exchange or refund, please fill out the return form included with your shipment. Return this form with your UNWORN shoes in their original box, within a secure shipping carton, to the address below. We also recommend insuring your package for the appropriate amount. Only in the event of defective goods or a shipping error will you be reimbursed the shipping charges associated with returning an item. 

EXCHANGES WITHIN THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES ARE SHIPPED FREE (ITEMS SHIPPING OUTSIDE THIS AREA ARE CHARGED $7.95).  To expedite an exchange, we recommend that you contact customer service by email at lisa@bluemoonshoes.com or phone at #800/267-5141 - indicating the original invoice number, item you wish to exchange, size, and color.  

Returned shoes that show signs of wear, do not have the original packaging, are not shipped in a secure shipping carton, or are past the 45 day return period will be returned to the sender and charged a return shipping fee of $8.95.  Refused shipments will incur a 10% restocking fee. 

Each company has a different policy regarding the return/repair of a defective pair of worn shoes.  Please contact us at #800/267-5141 for information on this issue.  Please note: all clearance items do not receive the guarantees extended to current merchandise and are considered final sale after being worn.
